Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- I have experience in migrating legacy applications to a modern technology stack.
- I have managed integrations with Real-Time and cross-border payment systems.
- My background includes experience in product and technology development teams.
- I possess deep technical expertise in Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS), Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- I have extensive experience with cloud-native architectures and technologies, such as containers, continuous integration and delivery, API management, B2B, and B2C.
- I am skilled at formulating a strategic vision and defining actionable plans to achieve strategic goals.
- I have advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFE.
- I have experience leading, guiding, and coaching professional staff.
- I am proficient in resource allocation and management.
- I possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- I have a proven track record of achieving desired results and meeting objectives.
- I can effectively interact with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors.
- I am skilled in presenting findings, conclusions, and alternatives clearly and concisely.
- I excel in relationship building, negotiation, and facilitation.
Responsibilities
- I will provide leadership and direction to product engineering teams, enabling the successful delivery of products, capabilities, and services that align with strategic business value outcomes.
- I will partner with product leadership and stakeholders to define and implement business and technology strategies, including developing business cases and roadmaps that drive the delivery of products aligned with organizational goals.
- I will build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology leadership, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- I will prepare and manage annual budgets for “Change the Business” and “Run the Business” initiatives in accordance with established variance targets.
- I will set measurable objectives and key results for the team that align with broader organizational goals.
- I will collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as Fraud, Digital, and Core Banking) and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
- I will develop a workforce strategy to build and grow product delivery teams, ensuring the necessary resources and skills are in place for long-term success.
- I will evaluate the performance of direct reports, including managers and individual contributors, conducting meaningful coaching discussions about performance and development opportunities.
- I will respond and adapt to changes in the industry, technology, operations, and organization; assessing new products, capabilities, technologies, and strategies to ensure effective operational transitions.
- I will seek and drive thought leadership opportunities, offering insights on technology strategy and trends.
- I will maintain a strong understanding of relevant industry regulations, governance policies, best practices, and technologies to ensure compliance with policies and vendor contracts.
- I will perform benchmarking and trend analysis to promote continuous improvement and enhance the performance of the product team.
- I will undertake other related duties as assigned.
