Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Fundamental understanding of business and operational environments
- Proficient with business intelligence applications and/or cloud services
- Familiarity with reporting functionalities of existing ERP, CRM, or database software
- Knowledge of data integration, cleansing, and validation techniques
- Adept in statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
- Working knowledge of various data structures and capability to manipulate data using visualization tools
- Strong research skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- (Desired) Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Responsibilities
- Follow standard procedures to create and update moderately complex reports and dashboards
- Identify and evaluate trends or patterns; prepare ongoing reports and visualizations to support business decisions
- Contribute to reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement, including root cause analysis of issues
- Communicate findings and insights to peers and mid-level management
- Generate specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and available data elements
- Collaborate with team members and take part in various team projects and initiatives
- Utilize statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis effectively
- Demonstrate proficiency in different data structures and manipulate data within visualization tools
- Employ techniques for data integration, cleaning, and validation
- Use work products to effectively narrate a story through a balanced combination of visualizations and narrative
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support initiatives
