Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience. - Executive-level experience in leading the delivery and support of the ServiceNow Platform within a large-scale IT organization using diverse technologies and solution architectures in a Product Delivery model leveraging the Agile framework (e.g., SAFe). - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient presentation abilities tailored to various audiences, including senior executives. Proven experience in establishing and guiding Executive Level Steering Committees. - Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop a ServiceNow Platform roadmap and vision that aligns with business strategies, implementing actionable plans to achieve strategic goals. - Extensive experience in demonstrating thought leadership, initiative, and critical decision-making while creatively addressing business challenges, with a strong focus on delivering business value. - Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and experience in transitioning teams from traditional to agile delivery methods. - Demonstrable expertise in implementing AI strategies within the ServiceNow Platform or through integrations like Co-Pilot, and familiarity with emerging technology trends. - Significant experience in vendor management, including conducting discussions and negotiations that result in fruitful contractual agreements. - Comprehensive experience in onboarding and maintaining relationships with Systems Integrators and Service Providers to support ServiceNow Roadmaps. - Strong background in resource management and allocation. - Extensive experience overseeing budget planning and management, including forecasting and corrective actions. - Proven experience in mentoring and coaching professional staff.

Responsibilities

- Engage with stakeholders to build and sustain relationships with key internal teams such as Enterprise Technology Services, Internal Audit, Risk, Regulatory Liaison Office, Human Resources, and external partners throughout the platform lifecycle. - Organize and lead executive governance meetings that involve stakeholders across various business domains, ensuring representation for Enterprise Technology Services on cross-organizational teams. - Oversee vendor technology relationships, delineating scope and ensuring accountability. - Establish and maintain platform health metrics, OKRs, and KPIs for stakeholder communications and engagement. - Define the technical scope and capabilities in collaboration with Business Product Owners and Technology Managers, aligning with division strategies. - Manage the budgeting process for the ServiceNow Platform across Capex and Opex, ensuring alignment with the Annual Financial Plan. - Take accountability for overall budget management, including planning, actual performance, forecasting, and necessary corrective actions. - Administer the deployment of new capabilities while providing ongoing support based on defined service level agreements (SLAs). - Forge strong collaborations with InfoSec, Security, Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance Teams to ensure adherence to policies and standards. - Set performance goals and objectives for the team, developing measurable KPIs/OKRs aligned with organizational goals. - Supervise team development, talent reviews, employee engagement, and internal communications to advance change management initiatives. - Ensure the team has the necessary resources and skills to excel in their roles, offering coaching and mentoring during transitions to new working methodologies. - Strategically manage statements of work and collaborations with staff augmentation and service providers to enhance capability delivery. - Lead comprehensive product delivery under the SAFe framework, addressing stakeholder escalations and aligning product roadmaps with executive steering committees. - Deliver new ServiceNow capabilities punctually within the Agile framework. - Define core work roles and processes, demonstrating capabilities across the ServiceNow product lifecycle and monitoring platform health through dashboards. - Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to stimulate continuous improvement across ServiceNow capabilities and enhance service performance in collaboration with stakeholders and Product Owners. - Bring innovative ideas from external sources regarding maximizing the ServiceNow Platforms value and staying abreast of technological advancements. - Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Cloud Engineers to define required technical architecture for support and implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise platform strategies and ServiceNow value propositions. - Monitor the performance trends of services ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs is consistently met. - Engage in continuous improvement and enhancement efforts within the ServiceNow Modules using AI and modern working methodologies. - Work closely with Technology Product and Portfolio Managers alongside vendors to ensure optimal resource allocation for product capabilities and AI integration. - Provide constructive feedback to enhance outcomes in alignment with ServiceNow capabilities and organizational objectives. - Adhere to Navy Federal policies and standards in all service delivery aspects.
