Must:
I am seeking candidates with 8-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and related disciplines. You should have hands-on experience with platforms like AI Foundry, particularly in designing and deploying agentic workflows. Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, including multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop design, is essential. Additionally, you should have a background in designing and operationalizing Agentic AI platforms, including curating Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing governance frameworks for safe deployment. Proficiency in advanced techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) is necessary, especially when creating AI chatbots. Familiarity with document processing services like Azure Document Intelligence and experience with vector stores and graph databases will be advantageous. You should also possess skills in API integration for agent access to external data resources, and have a working knowledge of Python, SQL, and web frameworks (Django). Knowledge of operational governance, performance tracking, and experience with data platforms such as Databricks will be valuable. You are expected to have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a commitment to AI safety and prompt engineering optimization.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to collaborate across various teams to align agentic AI capabilities with business objectives and foster enterprise adoption. You will define, publish, and promote technology roadmaps for AI capabilities that align with business outcomes and enterprise architecture. Your responsibilities also include architecting and delivering AI capabilities to enhance technological innovation and improve member experiences. You will develop agentic workflows utilizing foundational platforms like AI Foundry, ensuring scalable architecture. I anticipate you to design and implement intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across complex workflows. Leading engineering efforts to scale agentic AI platforms is crucial, along with building agentic solutions that leverage orchestration frameworks such as LangChain. You will integrate these agentic systems into web frameworks for real-time decision-making and user interaction, while also designing API integrations for external access. In addition, you’ll need to deliver prompt engineering strategies and ensure compliance through governance measures. Optimizing infrastructure for agentic workloads and operationalizing AI systems will also be part of your tasks. I am looking for you to support enterprise developer productivity initiatives by utilizing agentic capabilities and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the AI Center for Enablement.
