Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering, or at least 5 years in applied AI engineering/DS with LLM knowledge
- Proficient in developing AI agents, copilots, orchestration pipelines, and RAG pipelines
- Strong Python programming skills preferred
- Experience with enterprise data platform integration
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Langchain and Foundry
- Knowledge of retrieval platforms like Azure AI Search, Databricks Vector Search, and Pinecone
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and Databricks Mosaic AI
- Background in enterprise data platforms ideally including Delta Lake, Databricks, Synapse/Fabric, Kafka/event streaming, and governance-aware platforms
- Understanding or experience in domains related to fraud, scams, and global security
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows
- Develop orchestration pipelines using frameworks like Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Langchain
- Create agents capable of tool use, memory, planning, reasoning, and retrieval augmentation (RAG)
- Connect agents to enterprise data platforms, including Databricks, Synapse/Fabric, Delta Lake, and vector databases
- Develop reusable agent frameworks and templates
- Assist internal teams in the adoption of agent-based solutions
- Create pipelines ready for deployment of agents
- Implement frameworks for monitoring and evaluation
- Build integrations allowing agents to communicate with APIs, databases, vector searches, case management systems, workflow engines, and event streams
