Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Bitlocker
- Experience with ManageEngine Imaging
- Ability to navigate ticketing systems, specifically JitBit
- Proficient in Active Directory management
- Experienced with O365 and MS Teams
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect functionality
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the ticketing queue and associated projects
- Configure equipment for new hires and replacements
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle activities, from requisition to disposal
- Assist in implementing IT efficiencies and self-service options
- Respond to IT inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct IT audits and governance as required
- Perform imaging, data recovery, backups, and Bitlocker management
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Assist in managing relationships with hardware and software vendors
- Review, update, and maintain tickets until resolution
- Collaborate closely with the IT Support Lead and ServiceDesk Manager
- Communicate clearly with management and internal teams
- Undertake additional related tasks as necessary
