Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or Masters degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree or 4 years with a Masters degree
- Understanding of Cisco network hardware and infrastructure
- CCNA/CCNP certification preferred
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
- Experience with VMware virtual system installation and management
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a collaborative work approach
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Experience with project management
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer network operations equipment and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and maintain networked clients, printers, switches, servers, and storage devices
- Ensure implementation of security requirements for all relevant equipment
- Update and troubleshoot enterprise and shipboard applications
- Program and maintain automation scripts
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Participate in projects to deliver infrastructure, application, or systems solutions
- Collaborate across multiple sites and integrate work responsibilities
