Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or
- Masters degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal (DOE/DOD) cybersecurity standards, including compliance with classified and FedRAMP CUI moderate systems.
- Experience overseeing cybersecurity criteria for software solutions that involve both classified and unclassified systems.
- Understanding of data-sharing protocols with civil authorities.
- Proven track record of ensuring vendor compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
- Background in emergency planning or response is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for leading collaborative initiatives among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and software vendors to monitor cybersecurity compliance throughout the development lifecycle of the dual-environment system.
- Lead efforts to achieve authorization to operate (ATO) for both classified and CUI moderate systems, in line with evolving National Security and Federal cybersecurity standards.
- Facilitate secure data-sharing functions between NNPP systems and civil authorities, aiding emergency response operations.
- Oversee software vendors to ensure adherence to intricate cybersecurity and operational requirements.
- Assist with the deployment of systems and provide ongoing support across globally distributed NNPP locations.
- Develop and implement low code/no code solutions to enhance operations for emergency preparedness and response across the Program.
