Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - Familiarity with Cisco networking hardware, configurations, and infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP certification preferred). - CompTIA certifications such as A+, Network+, or Security+. - Experience with the installation, termination, and troubleshooting of copper and fiber optic cabling. - Proficient in managing virtual machines. - Expertise in vulnerability management. - Capability to create and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Positive demeanor and ability to thrive in collaborative environments. - Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning. - Ability to effectively interact across multiple sites. - Project management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and manage network infrastructure and equipment, as well as troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Route and test new network cables for reliability and performance. - Install, maintain, and repair networked devices, including computers, printers, switches, servers, and storage systems. - Ensure that all necessary security measures are implemented for related equipment. - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while adapting to changing work conditions. - Collaborate within our organization and with other teams to integrate work responsibilities effectively. - Engage in projects that develop infrastructure, applications, or system solutions, meeting functional, technical, and security requirements in a timely manner.
