Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
- Over 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for Web and Mobile
- Proven ability to utilize AI for enhancing documentation and coding processes
- Proficient in using AWS (CloudWatch) or Google Cloud services for log analysis and system monitoring
- Familiar with API testing tools such as Postman and various automation frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a persistent approach to identifying hard-to-find bugs
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to swiftly create detailed test plans and test cases for new features upon receipt of requirements
- Conduct both manual and automated testing on our web applications and mobile platforms (iOS & Android) to guarantee an exceptional user experience
- Analyze user reports to effectively replicate issues in a testing environment and communicate clear reproduction steps to our development team
- Troubleshoot complex user issues by accessing AWS and Google Cloud Platform to review server logs and identify root causes of failures
- Develop and maintain scripts for automated UI and API testing, leveraging AI coding assistants to expedite the writing process
