Requirements

Must:
- Experience with identity platforms, especially Microsoft Entra ID and Azure IAM. - Solid understanding of directory services including Active Directory and LDAP. - Familiarity with contemporary authentication and security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM. - Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates. - Skilled in scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Python, or Azure Graph. - Proficient in integrating identity platforms with both enterprise and third-party applications, such as ServiceNow. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective and scalable solutions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

- Support and advance NFAs identity infrastructure, emphasizing automation and integration across enterprise systems. - Design, implement, and maintain identity solutions focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and Azure IAM (RBAC). - Engage in the complete user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while prioritizing automation and efficiency. - Set up and manage authentication solutions such as SSO, MFA, and passwordless access for cloud and enterprise applications. - Construct and support integrations between identity systems and both internal and external platforms utilizing APIs and modern tools. - Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies to provision and manage identity-related resources in a scalable manner. - Write scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate the provisioning process and enhance operational workflows. - Contribute to IAM improvements, cloud migrations, and system rollouts. - Diagnose identity-related issues and continuously work on enhancing system performance and user experience. - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment of identity solutions with enterprise standards.
