Requirements
Must:
- Associate or bachelors degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years of experience in desktop support or IT systems administration
- Advanced knowledge of Windows, iOS, and common business applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Expertise in endpoint management
- Understanding of network fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and meticulous documentation habits
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to end-users across the organization
- Perform advanced hardware and software troubleshooting and resolve issues
- Set up devices and manage user accounts effectively
- Utilize remote management tools to assist users in various locations
- Conduct system imaging, deployment, and recovery for Windows and iOS devices
- Administer enterprise applications like Microsoft 365, CATO, Egnyte, and JamF
- Ensure compliance with security policies, applying patches and updates as required
- Contribute to endpoint lifecycle management, including procurement and decommissioning
- Maintain inventory records and conduct license audits
- Research and recommend new platforms and hardware solutions
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to secure the environment
- Procure necessary equipment and manage inventory
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with users
- Train and assist in onboarding new employees
