Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for complex IT or financial system implementations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or another related STEM field.
- OR 8 additional years of pertinent experience in place of a degree.
- Proven experience with DoD or USSOCOM PPBE processes.
- 2 to 3 years of recent, practical experience with OneStream (COTS Planning and Analytics platform) implementation.
- Demonstrated capability to oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs in government or defense settings.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and analytics systems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle delivery of a OneStream implementation to support PPBE automation.
- Act as the main point of contact with government stakeholders, offering program oversight, status updates, and strategic direction.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project tasks across cross-functional teams, including functional, technical, and financial stakeholders.
- Develop and uphold integrated project plans, timelines, risk management records, and performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with DoD PPBE protocols, financial management regulations, and specific agency requirements.
- Supervise solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of OneStream modules for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks, address issues, and ensure prompt delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget parameters.
- Support change management initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.
- Offer leadership and mentorship to project team members and coordinate with subcontractors and partners as necessary.

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with an active Top Secret clearance to spearhead the implementation of a OneStream Planning and Analytics solution to assist a government agencys Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) modernization initiatives. This role is crucial for steering the comprehensive delivery of a OneStream-based solution that automates and refines PPBE processes, enhances financial visibility, and supports vital decision-making. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong mix of program management expertise, knowledge of DoD financial processes, and hands-on experience with OneStream implementation. Located in Tampa, FL, this is a direct hire opportunity requiring 4-5 days onsite.
