Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages
- A minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience
- Advanced skills and expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics development
- Strong proficiency in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors
- Ability to define back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases
- Strong background in C# and .NET development
- Proficient with Visual Studio
- Experience in a Scrum team and familiarity with ticket management systems (Azure DevOps or Jira)
- Excellent communication skills

- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction in developing enterprise applications
- Execute hands-on development using Power Platform to optimize and automate business processes
- Create application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to showcase and iteratively enhance their business value and functionalities
- Integrate Power Platform with various systems leveraging technologies such as Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors
- Evaluate business requirements and suggest suitable and optimal technology stacks

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our solutions delivery team located in either Tysons or Bethesda, with a requirement for onsite presence five days a week. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the technical advancement of projects driving the digital transformation of vital government systems, making a significant impact on our missions.
