Requirements
Must:
- Current experience with Oracle SCM Planning Cloud Modules
- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud, and Backlog Management modules
- Techno-functional expertise in ASCP, Order Management, Bill of Materials, and Oracle Purchasing
- Familiarity with on-premise EBS Supply Chain modules
- Proficiency in Demantra configurations, including Series, worksheets, levels, and engine tuning
- Understanding of Cloud Analytical Reports
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex issue resolution
- Exposure to migration projects from on-prem to cloud, including conversions and post-go-live support
- Good grasp of OIC and SaaS platforms
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience in delivering projects, product orderability, and collaborating with large and diverse teams
- Daily interaction with business stakeholders to understand offerings and fit them into existing system capabilities
- Skilled in leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Ability to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to determine suitable solutions
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Responsibilities
- Participate in User Acceptance and Training workshops
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Backlog Management and Planning/Demand Management Cloud
- Perform configurations in the Oracle Planning Cloud environment as needed
- Coordinate with the technical team for custom report development and transitions from Oracle On-Prem to Oracle Planning Cloud
- Collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and report to the manager
- Engage in daily project meetings, sharing issues and discussions
- Deliver solutions to clients within defined timelines
- Provide support for business users daily challenges
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and conduct functional testing as required
- Maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving and be willing to work odd hours to support the business
- Conduct and support Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create analytical reports
- Work on minor enhancements and customizations as necessary
