Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Masters degree or minimum of 10 years of advanced experience in data design and architecture
- At least 5 years of experience supporting DoD major systems or programs
- Minimum 3 years in a system architecture role
- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex IT systems
- Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
- Relevant IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP) required prior to start date
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level networking and security issues
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of intricate, large-scale IT systems that support the Joint Training DevSecOps pipeline and core data center infrastructure
- Define and implement robust data strategies for the development and delivery of high-quality simulation services
- Mentor and develop staff at all technical levels, promoting a culture centered on high performance and excellence
- Integrate Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance infrastructure deployment and system reliability
- Serve as the main technical consultant to organizational leadership, ensuring technology solutions meet mission-critical objectives
- Employ expertise in programming languages to resolve architectural challenges and improve system performance
- Ensure database management, networking, and security principles are consistently upheld to maintain infrastructure integrity
