Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Minimum of five years in Tier II or three years in Tier III IAM/Identity Services support
- Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise IAM solutions in hybrid cloud settings
- Proficient in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Hybrid Identity, Azure Groups, Entra ID distributed architecture, and Smart Card authentication
- Solid grasp of Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, RBAC, and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, Kerberos, LDAP)
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation for identity management
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across hybrid identity systems
- Exceptional communication and documentation competencies
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain secure ICAM solutions in accordance with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Zero Trust methodologies
- Design, implement, and oversee Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across hybrid enterprise environments
- Implement and sustain Hybrid Identity integrations, including the synchronization of on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID
- Manage and automate Azure Groups to enforce access control, RBAC, and enterprise security policies
- Engineer, configure, and uphold Entra ID distributed architecture, guaranteeing high availability, automated failover, load balancing, and recovery for organization-wide identity services
- Incorporate Smart Card / CAC / PIV authentication into enterprise identity solutions, ensuring compliance with federal regulations (such as FIPS 201, HSPD-12)
- Monitor and enhance IAM systems for security, performance, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to facilitate application integrations with IAM platforms (SSO, federation, and conditional access)
- Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with Zero Trust, TIC 3.0, and federal security standards
- Document identity and access designs, workflows, and operational runbooks
