Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within RigCLOUD operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial position
- 2-5 years of experience as a field technician or in remote support
- Capability to create, modify, and implement RIGLINE procedures to achieve optimal performance
- Strong written documentation abilities
- Proficient in diagnosing root causes, documenting findings, and proposing both temporary and permanent solutions
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner of proprietary equipment and procedures, with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing small teams
- Extensive knowledge of the drilling sector, particularly technological advancements in drilling
- General understanding of Nabors products and services
Responsibilities
- Oversee the RigCLOUD Team to ensure high-quality customer service and expedited issue resolution related to all RigCLOUD products and equipment
- Actively manage RigCLOUD issues to minimize downtime and enhance rig operations
- Ensure prompt responses to rig-related matters while maintaining effective communication between rig personnel and the leadership team
- Supervise on-shift team members with diverse skill sets and delegate tasks as necessary
- Facilitate the escalation and management of critical issues
- Document and update processes, definitions, and support initiatives using software like Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Monitor phone service levels and technician utilization, proposing resource needs and process improvements
- Ensure that KPIs are established and met for RIGLINE (including metrics and performance targets)
- Collaborate closely with RigCLOUD product teams and RIGLINE team members
