Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in drilling, field operations, technical support, or operational quality roles.
- Familiarity with work order systems, with D365 preferred.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), audit processes, or compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various functions and influence field personnel.
- Willingness to travel 30 to 50% for rig visits and field audits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits at rig sites.
- Validate compliance with CAMS processes, Work Order requirements, Timecard accuracy, training readiness, equipment inventory tracking, and service protocols.
- Document findings and recommended corrective actions; ensure timely closure of audit actions and monitor for repeat issues.
- Draft and maintain QMS documentation, including checklists and service delivery standards.
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Facilitate working sessions to document RACI and SLA agreements.
- Maintain documentation systems, ensuring process updates are effectively communicated and adopted by teams.
- Maintain and validate operational dashboards and reporting for RigCLOUD Work Orders and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly operational and compliance reports, identifying performance trends and recommending improvements.
- Implement and manage equipment inventory tracking and barcode systems, conducting spot-checks during rig visits.
- Support onboarding and Job Readiness Assessment (JRA) processes; deliver re-training on operating standards and reinforce customer service expectations.
