Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or a recent graduate, or seeking a Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of data models, reporting packages, and data analysis from coursework or previous internships.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with any Cloud Services such as Azure; experience with cloud deployments is advantageous.
- Proficient in Python and C++, with experience in Linux environments, Git, and machine learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow and optimization frameworks such as ONNX and TensorRT.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Commitment to safety leadership and rigorous problem-solving expertise.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Capability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to generate innovative research ideas.
- Proficient in drafting technical reports for projects.
- Competent in MS Office applications, including Access; knowledge of Aspen/HYSYS is a plus.
- Able to work in an office setting; must be capable of lifting up to 20 lbs; occasional rig yard trips may occur.

- Gather, research, and analyze data.
- Design and construct AI-driven agents utilizing LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Present findings to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Identify patterns and trends within data sets.
- Collaborate with business teams or management to define business needs.
- Understand and apply statistical concepts and hypothesis testing techniques (e.g., Confidence Interval, Regressions, Time Series, Clustering, Factor Analysis).
- Utilize predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to address complex issues.
- Develop and sustain forecasting models and tools with frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Create visual representations of data to convey business impact results.
- Document completed work for clarity and future implementation.
- Analyze data to discern relationships and correlations.
- Adhere to established procedures and safety protocols.
