Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- 7+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, specifically with DoD or Navy C4I programs
- Proficiency in systems design, integration, testing, and implementation within complex environments
- Strong grasp of systems engineering standards, compliance regulations, and security frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and communication abilities
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
- Preferred: Advanced degree and industry certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Utilize systems engineering expertise to design, integrate, test, and deploy mission-critical solutions in DoD settings
- Assist with DoD and Navy C4I programs throughout the complete engineering lifecycle
- Conduct and document systems integration, testing, and validation processes
- Work collaboratively with technical teams, stakeholders, and program leadership to fulfill mission requirements
- Ensure adherence to systems engineering standards, security protocols, and DoD policies
- Provide engineering solutions that meet established scope, schedule, and performance criteria
