Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in sustainment, lifecycle support, or logistics within a DoD setting
- Proven expertise in PRISM sustainment methodologies, planning, and reporting
- Background in sustainment operations for both classified and unclassified systems across joint missions
- Comprehensive understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (DAS, JCIDS, PPBE) and sustainment integration
- Familiarity with DoD maintenance, supply chain management, operational readiness reporting, and configuration control
- Experience with performance metrics, sustainment modeling, and reliability/maintainability evaluations
- Provide technical insights and direction regarding sustainment, maintenance, and lifecycle management for DoD systems
- Assist with PRISM sustainment initiatives including planning, execution, and performance evaluation
- Ensure systems satisfy operational readiness and availability standards through proactive sustainment strategies
- Formulate and implement sustainment plans to enhance system reliability, maintainability, and cost-efficiency
- Advise on upgrades, modernization, and technology refresh within lifecycle support
- Aid in logistics planning, technical documentation, and sustainment readiness assessment
- Ensure adherence to DoD, DISA, and Joint Staff sustainability guidelines, directives, and standards
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, program managers, and logistics experts
- Engage with DoD stakeholders, acquisition offices, and contractors to synchronize sustainment solutions with mission goals
- Exceptional communication abilities to brief senior leadership and stakeholders clearly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver subject matter expertise and guidance in sustainment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of DoD systems
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of PRISM sustainment initiatives
- Proactively strategize to ensure systems meet operational availability and readiness targets
- Develop and implement strategies that optimize system reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Make recommendations for system upgrades, modernization, and technology refresh activities
- Contribute to logistics planning and create necessary technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies and standards regarding sustainment
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate efficient operations
- Interface with various stakeholders and contractors to align sustainment solutions with mission needs
- Prepare clear communications and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
