Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and communication
- Proven capability to lead software design, development, and testing
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices and compliance standards
- Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- Certification as an Agile Developer or Certified Scrum Developer
Responsibilities
- Utilize programming concepts and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps) to create secure and reliable systems
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to convert complex requirements into practical, mission-ready solutions
- Ensure adherence to secure software development lifecycles, coding standards, and DoD protocols
- Deliver critical software solutions on time and within the specified scope
