Senior Program Management Analyst - San Diego

- Assist the Program Office in achieving program goals and providing direct support to various stakeholders. - Deliver services related to the maintenance and delivery of management data, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedules. - Prepare and manage reports and supporting documentation such as Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms). - Participate in meetings by providing recommendations and comments, while creating necessary documentation for government attendance. - Design and distribute agendas for conferences or meetings, outlining purposes, locations, schedules, and required materials. - Record and summarize significant discussions, recommendations, decisions, and action items in conference or meeting minutes. - Conduct organizational assessments and develop systems and procedures to enhance efficiency. - Perform work simplification studies and document operational procedures for improved management efficacy. - Apply analytical techniques to evaluate program or project objectives and requirements. - Monitor and assess program/project status, budgets, and timelines. - Execute management, technical, or business case analyses and synthesize project-related data effectively. - Adhere to government protocols for documentation and change control management.
