Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
- Over 10 years of pertinent experience in Department of Defense (DoD) IT systems and operations
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP/SCI environments, with relevant experience within the last five years
- Proven track record in supporting enterprise IT systems in secure, mission-critical environments
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support IT systems and technical projects that require advanced technical management and coordination
- Plan and execute daily IT operations to guarantee system availability, performance, and compliance
- Collaborate with various organizations and stakeholders to ensure system requirements and delivery targets are achieved
- Maintain and manage networked and standalone servers, workstations, security monitoring systems, and necessary system documentation
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system discrepancies to enhance performance and reliability
- Research and provide technical advice to leadership on system optimization, new technologies, and IT products and services
- Manage virtual services and environments that support mission operations
- Offer direct technical assistance to clients and end-users, including account management
- Identify security vulnerabilities in Automated Information Systems (AIS) and enforce appropriate countermeasures
- Ensure that AIS and network nodes are operated and disposed of in line with relevant security policies
- Perform administration, scheduling, and configuration of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems as needed
