Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Over 4 years of experience in PC maintenance and desktop support
- In-depth understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues
- Proven experience in providing Tier II/III or senior-level technical support within an enterprise setting
- Skilled in using remote support tools and IT service management (ITSM) systems or ticketing solutions
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support by identifying and resolving intricate hardware and software problems
- Set up, image, install, maintain, and repair computer systems and peripheral devices
- Address service requests through phone, email, and web portals utilizing remote support tools and automated ticketing systems
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide hands-on technical assistance as needed
- Educate end users on hardware and software, including operating systems and standard business applications such as printing, word processing, and email
- Oversee user accounts and access following organizational protocols and security standards
- Maintain thorough documentation of issues, resolutions, and system modifications within the ticketing system
