Requirements
Must:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in a related discipline
- Strong organizational abilities
- Professional conduct
- Experience interfacing with Government clients and collaborating with Military and Government civilian staff
- 1-2 years of experience in Military Real Property or an equivalent administrative role; 1-3 years of relevant DoD facility inventory/survey experience is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Capability to engage in daily physical activities
- Current NACI or Secret Clearance is a plus; must possess a valid US drivers license
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical assistance for the Armys real property management
- Analyze Real Property reports to identify and resolve discrepancies in the Installations Real Property Inventory (RPI)
- Review and confirm documentation related to each asset on the RPI, ensuring compliance with the Army Real Property Audit Readiness Handbook and applicable regulations
- Prepare memorandums for record (MFR) and documentation necessary for the procurement and disposal of real property assets
- Validate and correct data using the General Finance Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), ensuring all assets are compliant with the Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act
- Execute administrative tasks requiring discretion and sound judgment
- May involve field verification of the Installation Real Property Inventory through comprehensive surveys of facilities, office space, and equipment
- Support Government DPW Real Property and Master Planning staff in daily administrative tasks as needed
- Report directly to the Project Manager and Senior Real Property Specialist
