Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret DoD clearance
- Proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Office365 applications highly preferred
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in a high visibility/HQ environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Deliver administrative support for the DASA(DES) or the DES Deputy Director on a rotational basis to cover absences, including manning the reception desk, answering calls, escorting visitors, responding to inquiries for General Officer and Senior Executive Service level offices, and scheduling meetings
- Act as the primary contact for interactions with the ASA(ALT) Staff Action Control Office (SACO), coordinating with the DES Executive Officer (XO) and Executive Administrator on preparation, staffing, and tracking of Executive Director correspondence
- Create meeting materials and attend weekly gatherings, program reviews, off-site meetings, and develop briefing packages for budget, test, logistics, program management reviews, and acquisition decisions, maintaining copies in the SharePoint DES knowledge management system
- Previous experience with the ETMS2 system is highly valued
- Be the main contact for incoming taskers related to supplies or services from DES activities
Responsibilities

- Create, prepare, and maintain meeting materials and contribute to program reviews
- Coordinate Executive Director correspondence with the ASA(ALT) Staff Action Control Office (SACO)
- Attend and participate in meetings related to program management, budget, and logistics
- Handle incoming requests for supplies or services from DES activities
- Maintain organized documentation in the SharePoint management system
