Network Systems Administrator

- Must hold an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility - A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in Department of Defense (DoD) IT operations or cybersecurity tasks - At least 9 months of experience with Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments - Willingness to undergo a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI Polygraph) - Basic competence in the oversight, management, and maintenance of systems and networks, with a focus on cybersecurity responsibilities within Collateral, SCI, and SAP realms, ensuring adherence to JSIG and Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards - Experience in utilizing operational and maintenance (O&M) checklists and aiding in the formulation and upkeep of TTPs and SOPs for heightened operational efficiency - Capability to manage enterprise SIEM tools, including setting up alerts, producing reports, and scrutinizing security occurrences - Assist in assessing technical risks linked to cybersecurity solutions, configurations, and procedures, contributing to incident response efforts - Help evaluate the security posture of servers, networking devices, and security tools to guarantee proper setup and functionality - Experience in managing cybersecurity solutions (COTS and GOTS) to enhance system security and operational performance metrics - A foundational understanding of network architecture and infrastructure to support network modeling, analysis, and system upgrade initiatives - Familiarity with technologies such as Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V/VMware), firewalls, IDS/IPS, scripting, and database security - Practical knowledge of security instruments like SIEM platforms, ACAS/NessSCAP, and LogRhythm - Ability to function effectively in secure and fast-paced environments with oversight - Experience in collaboration with Information System Security Managers (ISSMs), Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), and Information System Security Engineers (ISSEs) to uphold the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of mission systems
