Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must maintain TS/SCI as a condition of employment and be willing to undergo a CI polygraph
- Over 10 years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) experience
- At least 4 years of SAP and/or SCI environment experience within the last 5 years
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal awareness and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and proactively, showing initiative in resolving issues and enhancing processes
- Masters degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) IT security controls and policies
- DoD 8140 / DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification
- Preferred certification in Security Professional Education Development (SPED) Program
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Cyber Engineering, and Project Management
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership to foster mission success
- Simplify complex technical and security information for diverse audiences
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they affect operations
- Assist program management teams, including potential travel to industry or government sites
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment focused on shared goals
