Contractor Security Representative

- Implement and oversee comprehensive Physical, Information, Personnel, and Industrial Security (PHYSEC, INFOSEC, PERSEC, INDUSEC) programs to ensure full compliance with DoD and USSF regulations - Manage all security program elements that support the USSF mission, encompassing personnel, physical, industrial, and information security operations - Coordinate and conduct personnel security operations using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), ensuring timely and accurate processing of clearance and investigations - Administer in/out-processing for military, civilian, and contractor personnel, maintaining precise access control and security documentation across multiple facilities - Act as a Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor to civilian staff and senior leadership, offering guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices - Support government inspections, audits, and self-assessments, ensuring prompt resolution of findings and ongoing compliance with directives - Review, update, and refine security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); propose new or revised SOPs for government consideration - Manage the Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program by developing materials and conducting briefings to foster a robust security culture - Conduct and document preliminary investigations into potential security incidents, ensuring appropriate reporting, corrective actions, and mitigation measures - Maintain and oversee SCI sponsorship for mission partner personnel, ensuring all training, access, and reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately across facilities - Protect classified information, personnel, and critical assets through continuous monitoring and enhancement of security operations
