- Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility - Over 5 years of relevant experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) - At least 2 years of experience in a Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment in the last five years - Must be willing to consent to a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph, if required - Proficient in the Defense Information Security System (DISS) for managing security and personnel access - Knowledgeable about DD-254 DOD Contract Security Classification Specification to provide security guidance - Proven experience in verifying security clearances and managing in- and out-processing in a DoD context - Skilled in administering security policies, practices, and metrics reflecting project security posture - Experienced with DISS and implementing robust security measures for personnel confidentiality - Minimum of two years in secure access programs or SCI environments is highly preferred - Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines - Capable of simplifying complex information for effective communication - Proficient in verifying accesses, creating program access requests (PARs), and assessing eligibility as a Special Access Program Personnel Security Officer (SPO) - Collaborates with Program Management on access requests and SCI nominations to ensure candidate vetting - Reviews Program Security Classification Guides (SCGs) for accuracy and compliance - Conducts facility reviews and close-outs for the supported programs - Willingness to travel as needed for security team requirements - Familiar with DoW Security Policy guidance and standards - Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team-oriented with collaborative work style
