Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Over 7 years of experience in DoD acquisition, program management, or financial/budget support
- Experience in various DoD acquisitions from ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways
- In-depth knowledge of the DoD acquisition life cycle and the PPBE process
- Background in supporting PAPM functions, including program planning and execution tracking
- Familiarity with ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) systems
- Experience in developing acquisition and budget documentation, such as POM inputs and spend plans
- Understanding of funding types (O&M, RDT&E, Procurement) and financial execution processes
- Skill in analyzing program performance and identifying risks with actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership
- Experience in a PMO/PEO environment with cross-stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Navy ERP, SPIDER, and others
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive acquisition and program management support across the entire life cycle, including planning, programming, budgeting, and execution activities
- Support PAPM functions, such as program planning, requirements alignment, budget formulation, and execution tracking for ISR initiatives
- Assist in creating and maintaining acquisition documentation, including strategies, program plans, and milestone documentation
- Help develop and refine cost estimates, budget exhibits, and financial tracking reports
- Collaborate with resource sponsors, comptrollers, and program stakeholders to align funding with program priorities
- Monitor program execution against cost, schedule, and performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholder engagements
- Coordinate contract planning and collaboration with contracting personnel to facilitate acquisition execution
- Ensure adherence to DoD acquisition policies, PPBE processes, and Navy/PEO Digital guidance
- Maintain program documentation and ensure readiness for audits related to acquisition and financial activities
