Requirements

Must:
- Extensive knowledge of Army and Joint Air and Missile Defense systems (e.g., Patriot, THAAD, IFPC, C-RAM) and associated C2 systems (e.g., IBCS, AMDWS) within the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense architecture. - Significant experience in military operations with a robust background in Air Defense Artillery, Command and Control, or a similar operational field. - Strong grasp of Joint and Army Air and Missile Defense doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, and operational planning processes. - Profound understanding of the global air and missile threat landscape, including adversary capabilities and tactics. - Excellent ability to interpret technical constraints and capabilities into operational risks and opportunities for senior leaders. - Thorough knowledge of military data links (e.g., Link 16) message standards and network protocols. - Acquainted with cybersecurity principles, information assurance, and the Risk Management Framework. - Proven capability to lead and oversee complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and remedy complex issues. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and coordination with senior military and civilian leadership. - Ability to motivate teams, foster consensus, and make critical decisions under pressure. - Commitment to support the warfighter and uphold national security missions. - Capacity to succeed in a swiftly changing technological and operational atmosphere. - Detail-oriented in planning, documentation, and execution. - Possesses the composure and resilience to lead in complex and high-pressure operational situations. - Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders, primarily in relation to Army Air and Missile Defense (AAMDC) operations. - Provide leadership and oversight for the integration of AAMDC requirements. - Organize and coordinate AAMDC mobilization, staffing, logistics, and operational support. - Head multidisciplinary operational planning teams and integrated project teams. - Convert operational requirements and the commanders intent into actionable integration strategies. - Direct the analysis and validation of essential air and missile defense mission threads. - Incorporate AAMDC systems and personnel into significant joint and combined exercises, war games, and training events. - Offer subject matter expertise to enhance exercises, staff assistance visits, and inspections. - Design and execute assessments that confirm the operational effectiveness of integrated systems.
