Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to every member at all times
- Conduct interviews to identify and understand member needs
- Manage the onboarding process for new members
- Assist members with a variety of requests including account maintenance and transactions
- Provide guidance on loan applications and financial products
- Collaborate with branch management and colleagues to enhance member experiences
- Maintain professionalism in all communications with members and team members
