Requirements
Must:
- A Ph.D. or Masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in parallel programming models and/or network architecture.
- Expertise in algorithm design, system programming, and computer architecture.
- Proficient programming and software development skills.
- Adaptability and effective communication in a multinational, multi-time-zone corporate setting.
- In-depth understanding of technology and a strong passion for the field.
- Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal abilities, particularly in guiding and influencing in a dynamic matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop proofs-of-concept to assess and promote advancements in AI Frameworks (PyTorch/NEMO), HPC programming models (MPI, OpenSHMEM, PGAS), new runtime designs, and innovative network hardware features.
- Research, design, and implement functionalities for AI and HPC communication middleware (NCCL, Open MPI, UCX, UCC, NVSHMEM) and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Analyze, design, and enhance compiler features to support the NVIDIA networking ecosystem.
- Conduct research and develop hardware features pertinent to scientific, deep learning, and data-intensive workloads.
