Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience); Masters or PhD preferred. - 15+ years of proven experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering. - Extensive knowledge in architecting large-scale distributed systems with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and security. - Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML systems, generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks. - Familiarity with large language models, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., ReAct, LangChain, AutoGPT-like flows). - Experience integrating enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM) using APIs, data connectors, or custom services. - Practical experience in developing AI agents, frameworks, and tooling, including setting architectural and coding standards. - Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance for AI in enterprise settings. - Excellent collaboration abilities and a knack for influencing cross-functional stakeholders while building trusted relationships. - Capable of articulating complex architectural concepts clearly to inspire confidence in both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

- Define and refine the architecture for NVIDIAs Enterprise AI Platform, incorporating frameworks for agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, RAG, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. - Design and facilitate data flywheels that enhance the continuous improvement of AI agents via evaluation, feedback, and iterative loops. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to shape the platform strategy and roadmaps while assessing LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NVIDIAs own technologies like NeMo and AIQ. - Ensure seamless integration with enterprise data sources and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, GDrive, SharePoint, Confluence), maintaining a strong focus on content security. - Drive architectural choices across various deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, containerized) to deliver scalable, dependable, and efficient solutions. - Lead design reviews, produce technical documentation, and mentor engineers in architectural principles and code development practices. - Advocate for observability, monitoring, versioning, and telemetry to maintain trustworthy and auditable AI agents. - Promote enterprise adoption of the platform by partnering with stakeholders across IT, chip design, supply chain, sales, finance, and HR, and act as a reference adopter providing feedback to enhance NVIDIAs ecosystem.
