Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in systems software development, including at least 1 year focused on AI.
- Experience in developing with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-Tuning LLMs, AI Agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraphs, and Cascading models.
- Familiarity with hybrid, multi-cloud architecture and edge computing deployment.
- Extensive experience in architecting and delivering large-scale distributed software systems.
- A proven ability to identify and resolve gaps and bottlenecks in performance optimization.
- Proficiency in programming and software development with JAVA, Python, and Shell scripting, combined with a strong understanding of distributed systems and REST APIs.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL database systems, such as MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with Docker containers and Virtual Machines.
- A good background in cloud technologies like OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef/Puppet, Hadoop/Ceph/SwiftStack, LXC, Git, Perforce, and JFrog, as well as Kafka.
- An ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to improve team alignment and productivity in a multinational, multi-time-zone corporate environment.
Responsibilities
As an AI Solutions Architect, your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as an architect to develop internal AI systems utilized by thousands of NVIDIA employees globally.
- Identifying existing gaps and issues, determining which ones are better addressed with AI solutions rather than conventional methods.
- Further categorizing AI solutions into 'buy versus build' options by investigating available market tools.
- Collaborating with teams across NVIDIA to define overall AI system objectives and break them down into specific goals for each subsystem.
- Driving, motivating, and mentoring subsystem leads to achieve enhancements with agility and speed.
- Identifying performance bottlenecks and working to optimize the speed and cost-effectiveness of AI development and testing systems.
- Planning software and hardware capacity, covering both internal and public cloud, while addressing time and utilization balance.
- Introducing technologies that enable massively parallel systems to significantly improve turnaround times.
- Collaborating with AI product vendors to gain in-depth insights into the AI industry and sharing this knowledge with internal leaders and developers.

The expected base salary range is $184,000 to $287,500 for Level 4 positions, and $224,000 to $356,500 for Level 5 positions. Additionally, you will be eligible for equity and benefits.
