Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 12 years in product or program management within the semiconductor or networking sector, covering complete hardware and software systems
- Proven ability to derive in-depth customer and business insights for networking solutions, with a strong understanding of the needs of cloud providers, enterprises, platform integrators, and network equipment manufacturers
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with leading enterprise clients and the top 5 cloud service providers to successfully deliver product releases and oversee large-scale deployments
- Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with proven product and project management experience in dynamic technical environments
- Excellent communication skills, effective in both technical and business contexts
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and smooth integration of advanced networking products, transforming innovative ideas into fully functional systems
- Tackle complex technical issues to continually push the boundaries of networking technology and create solutions that surpass customer expectations
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to set priorities and outline specific, actionable requirements for groundbreaking projects
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively understanding their technical requirements, offering expert guidance, and ensuring successful large-scale deployments that support their strategic objectives
