Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong track record in failure analysis and debugging of motherboards, graphic cards, servers, PCs, or datacenter products
- Knowledge in implementing DFx requirements
- Proven skills in one or more domains: Hardware, Software, Components, Processes, Testing, Validation
- Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with advanced characterization tools, including oscilloscopes and analyzers
- A problem-solving mindset
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with partners and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct failure analysis on GPU baseboards and servers at various levels, from rack to system and/or component
- Analyze logs and failures involving Hardware, Software, and Firmware, and devise debugging and mitigation approaches
- Design experiments and gather/analyze data for root cause failure analysis
- Participate in Build for Test and Manufacturing (DFx) initiatives to ensure timely product delivery
- Present root cause findings and corrective action plans promptly, accompanied by comprehensive reports on procedures followed
- Create debug guides for internal teams and customers
- Communicate efficiently with industry vendors, suppliers, internal and external engineers, factory teams, as well as sales and marketing staff across the US and internationally
