Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); MS or PhD preferred. - Over 17 years of experience in industry and/or academia focused on AI systems development; significant exposure to foundational models, agents, or orchestration frameworks; practical experience with deep learning frameworks and modern inference stacks. - Proficient in C/C++ and Python programming; strong software engineering fundamentals with the capability to establish engineering standards and review architecture at scale. - Experience in GPU programming and performance optimization (CUDA or equivalent). - Proven ability to lead extensive, cross-functional initiatives from concept to production, navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Establish strategy and oversee the execution of agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem, formulating roadmaps and definable success metrics (performance, quality, reliability, developer productivity). - Collaboratively design agentic system solutions with software, hardware, and algorithm teams; influence and incorporate new capabilities as they become available. - Create reproducible, high-fidelity evaluation frameworks addressing performance, quality, and developer productivity. - Collaborate across the AI stack to influence architecture and make key technical decisions—from hardware through compilers/toolchains, kernels/libraries, frameworks, distributed training, and inference/serving—working closely with model and research/engineering teams. - Amplify impact through leadership: mentor and nurture senior technical talent.
