Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in IC design, application, or ATE testing of VLSI
- Proficiency and practical experience with the Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional debugging and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support ATE test programs for our latest GPU, Tegra, and Automotive products
- Enhance existing test methods and integrate timings, levels, patterns, and test flow into test programs
- Take ownership of test methodologies and pursue ongoing improvements in production test program quality and efficiency
- Utilize understanding of LB schematics and design to assist with debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design, to resolve product failures and devise effective solutions
- Write and maintain scripts and tools to boost productivity and effectiveness within the test engineering team
