Requirements

Must:
- I am seeking a strong team player. - A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required. - I require a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years of experience in Synthesis and Timing. - An understanding of DFT logic along with hands-on experience in achieving design closure is essential. - Expertise in analyzing and converging crosstalk delay, noise glitches, and electrical/manufacturing rules in deep-sub micron processes is necessary. - I am looking for knowledge in modeling process variation effects and experience in design convergence that takes these variations into account. - Experience in critical path planning is necessary. - Proficiency in using Static Timing tools such as Synopsys PrimeTime or Cadence Tempus is required. - I need solid experience in full-chip and sub-chip Static Timing Analysis (STA), including timing constraints generation and management, as well as timing convergence. - Proficiency in Python, Tcl, and Make for automation and scripting tasks is crucial.

Responsibilities

- You will lead the physical design and timing of high-frequency, low-power DPUs and SoCs at the block level, cluster level, and/or full chip level. - Analyze and enhance design constraints and synthesis parameters to meet performance, power, and area objectives. - You will assist in the frontend and backend implementation from RTL to gds2, encompassing synthesis, equivalence checking, floor-planning, timing constraints, timing and power convergence, and ECO implementation.

The salary range is $168,000 to $264,500 for Level 4, and $196,000 to $310,500 for Level 5. Additional benefits include equity and various perks.
