- Experience with Five9/Vici dialer is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- I will deliver efficient desktop support to call center agents and management, resolving technical issues promptly.
- I will set up and configure workstations to ensure compatibility with our business applications.
- I will maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
- I will carry out backup, recovery, and security processes for workstations.
- I will assist colleagues in resolving technical challenges for both on-site and remote desktops.
