Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in project management (10 years or more is preferred).
- Proven track record managing security rollout or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of project lifecycle management and PMO methodologies.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred; Agile certification is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for security and infrastructure initiatives.
- Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and associated documentation.
- Supervise the execution of various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Identify, address, and resolve project challenges and obstacles to sustain progress.
- Update stakeholders and executive leadership on project status and developments.
- Coordinate with resources, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Champion PMO process enhancements and the implementation of best practices, including AI-powered tools.
