Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues via phone, providing technical support to clients
- Coordinate with service centers to evaluate and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure timely follow-up on repair completions with both service centers and clients
- Monitor and track service repair statuses to confirm closure of all tasks
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Production departments to guarantee accurate repairs based on issues at hand
Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage directly with clients and service partners, ensuring that automotive repairs are handled efficiently.
