Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP in a functional or analytical capacity.
- Practical knowledge of BAQs, BPMs, SSRS report development, and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including job management, routings, scheduling, WIP, and inventory.
- Proficient in gathering business requirements and converting them into Epicor configurations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels (from operators to executives).
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze Norcos business operations across all brands to create efficient workflows within Epicor.
- Collaborate closely with end users, supervisors, and functional leaders to map out processes and design effective solutions.
- Enhance and optimize data quality to support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Participate in hands-on collaboration with production, engineering, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure seamless operations.
Description
