Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in information management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - 1-3 years of experience in data management, reporting, or a similar capacity - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (especially with pivot tables, formulas, and data validation) - Experience in crafting reports or presentations from raw data - Excellent attention to detail and dedication to data precision - Strong written communication abilities - Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines - Familiarity with database systems or CRM tools (preferred) - Background with document management systems or knowledge management platforms (preferred) - Understanding of funding or compliance reporting necessities (preferred) - Naturally organized and proactive, with a knack for identifying issues before they arise - Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly - Alignment with NOLA Educations mission to engage and inspire learners

Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and uphold data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency - Convert raw data into clear, organized, and actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-department teams to gather, verify, and consolidate information - Assist in fulfilling external reporting obligations, including grant and compliance-related deliverables - Spot opportunities for enhancing data workflows, reporting processes, and organizational systems - Prepare and deliver funding reports, program reports, and performance summaries for internal audiences and external partners - Develop and refine reporting templates, workflows, and standard operating procedures
