Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, AI/ML fundamentals) preferred
- 3-6+ years in business analysis, project management, or closely related roles with a track record in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process improvement, and project delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications (1+ years or equivalent) is essential
- Proficiency in building and experimenting with AI agents and automations using no-code/low-code platforms and/or basic scripting
- Experience supporting or implementing AI integrations in SaaS or enterprise/custom software environments
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, requirements elicitation, and data analysis/visualization tools
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect AI capabilities to business value and drive adoption through collaboration
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who excels both independently and within team settings, highly adaptable and results-oriented
- Passion for AI as a transformative force, eager to stay ahead of emerging tools and practices
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Build and prototype basic AI agents and automations using current tools and frameworks
- Engage stakeholders from various business units to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure AI solutions achieve tangible outcomes
- Lead small cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prototype, and implement AI solutions, applying business analysis and project management techniques
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our SaaS products and custom applications
- Support broader business analysis and project management initiatives as priorities evolve, maintaining focus on AI advancements
- Provide regular updates to the VP of Project Management on AI progress, adoption metrics, ROI, and new opportunities
