Requirements
Must:
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Over 5 years of experience managing Windows Server 2016+
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced troubleshooting and analytical proficiencies
- Ability to effectively adapt, prioritize, and switch contexts
- Professional, proactive mindset focused on customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Provide product support to users through email, remote sessions, and phone calls
- Assist new clients with installation, onboarding, and best practices
- Conduct brief training sessions for new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with developers to reproduce, document, and resolve bugs
- Enhance and refine the knowledge base and other self-service resources
- Provide support for internal IT and networking infrastructure as needed
